I would not go anywhere else for reflexology, Shelley has magic hands! I've visited a handful of times now and each visit, I'm warmly welcomed & invited to share as much or as little as I want about my thoughts and feelings and then Shelley performs reflexology for the chosen time (30 or 45 mins) based on my needs. I feel so relaxed during my sessions, Shelley ensures I am comfortable and warm and my worries just melt away! Every time, I leave feeling relaxed, energised and like I'm walking on clouds.
